Tracked conventional excavator ET20: The all-rounder for more flexibility and efficiency.

The ET20 is a compact partner for gardening and landscaping, new construction areas and municipal construction sites. The load-sensing hydraulics deliver constant power regardless of the load, while the telescopic undercarriage combines accessibility and stability. AUX II AUX III enable simultaneous operation of Powertilt and gripper. Auto-idle, joystick control and pressure release increase convenience and efficiency. With VDS, the cab remains upright even on slopes - for precise work and clean edges.

  • A new standard in this class: AUX II & AUX III (H2 & H3) can be connected simultaneously, allowing attachments like Powertilt and grapples to be selected and operated directly with a simple push of the joystick button.

VDS Vertical Digging System

  • The vertical digging system compensates for slopes of up to 10 degrees, making it possible to vertically excavate on a slope. This is not only ergonomic for the operator, but it also saves time and also means less excavated material.
  • Up to 25 percent material and time savings when excavating and filling. Safe working and higher stability in sloping spaces.
  • The same swing power over 360 degrees allows fatigue-free work with the seat position remaining the same.

Hydraulic telescopic travel gear with dozer blade extension

  • The hydraulically telescoped travel gear with a max. outer width of 1300 mm gives stability. In no time, it can be retracted to a width of 990 mm. With the foldable dozer blade extension, this makes individual adjustment to the job site conditions possible. Meanwhile, the extension elements are always connected to the machine and thus do not get lost.

  • The spacious cab with plenty of legroom, adjustable armrests and efficient high-volume air circulation creates a permanently pleasant working climate - supported by the powerful air conditioning system.   • The cylinders and the cylinder rods are protected from damage thanks to the plastic rails, which lengthens their service life and saves costs. Due to their flexible material, they return to their original shape after an impact. Their appearance and characteristics are completely retained.

Auto-stop function

  • To avoid unnecessary diesel consumption, or to reduce the operating hours of the machine, it is possible for the operator to activate the Auto-Stop function. This reduces fuel consumption and protects the environment. Furthermore, unnecessary operating hours and service costs are avoided, and as a result the resale value of the machine is increased.

Auto 2 speed transmission

  • The Auto 2 speed transmission automatically regulates 2 driving speeds. The 1st gear is also manually lockable. This means more comfort specially during grading work, to maintain higher speed and to prevent changing to the lower gear.

Thermal resistance

  • The excavator can work under full load up to an ambient temperature of 45°C/113°F. The stable temperature level results in a longer service life for the hydraulic components and increases productivity.
  • Lower temperature level - longer life, work without loss of performance.

Auto idling system

  • The automatic RPM speed reduces fuel consumption and emissions to a minimum, by automatically throttling down to idling speed if no control elements are actuated for longer than five seconds.

Very good all-round visibility

  • The design of the machine has been specially adapted to the needs of the operator in terms of optimum visibility. For example, the right front track is very visible in the normal sitting position, which significantly increases safety for the operator and the surrounding area.

Innovative front windshield system

  • The windshields can be adjusted to any condition on the construction site. Closed, they are water- and windproof. The upper front window can be pushed under the cabin roof. The lower pane serves as splash protection. The lower windshield slides behind the upper window, making it ideal for talking with colleagues. If necessary, both windows are pushed below the cabin roof, where they are stored safely.
  • The two-part front window allows for optimal ventilation in the cab in any weather. In addition, it makes it easier to communicate with the operator. Removal and storage of the windshield is a thing of the past.

Easy transportation by car trailer

  • With the car trailer to the next construction site? No problem - the low weight enables transportation including attachment tools using a 3.5 t trailer.
