Delivery problems for spare parts

We were able to put our new central spare parts warehouse in Mülheim-Kärlich (Germany) into operation on 03.06.24 as planned. Delivery performance has improved considerably since the relocation of our spare parts warehouse, but is unfortunately not yet at our usual high level.
We would like to sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding.
